Bookings are considered provisional until payment is received, and spaces may be reserved pending payment for up to three weeks. After that the organizers reserve the right to re-sell the space. Full payment is due to Aqua Media International Ltd. within 10 working days of receipt of the invoice.
In the event that an exhibitor wishes to cancel some or all of his/her allotted exhibit space, the cancellations must be requested in writing by email to sales@hydropower-dams.com. Any relevant cancellation charges will be applied.
Aqua-Media International Ltd reserves the right to refuse participation, if it perceives a conflict of interests between the companies or individuals, or any potential conflict with the mission of the event, or policies of the host country/co-hosts.
