Two micro hydro projects, which are to be financed by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), are to be located on the water supply network in Montfleury in the northeastern Governorate of Tunis and at the upper reservoir of Lahirech in the north-western Governorate of Jendouba.
The contracts will require studies of the projects, the supply and installation, testing and commissioning of electro-mechanical and electrical equipment, associated civil works, connection to the medium voltage network of the state power utility STEG, the training of technical staff and after-sales service (including provision of spare parts), according to a tender notice published on AFD’s website on 14 June.
