Optimizing energy management at the Nam Lik 1-2 hydro project

The Nam Lik 1-2 hydro project in Laos, which was financed and built, and is operated, by CWE of China, was commissioned several years ago, and is performing well as a result of some advance technical methods used during the implementation. A study was undertaken recently to assess operational performance, and several approaches are being applied to increase energy generation.
