Sharing water in a changing world

Shortly, as a part of the 90th Annual Meeting and 27th Congress of ICOLD, the French Committee on Dams and Reservoirs (CFBR), will be hosting in the city of Marseille, an international symposium on the theme: ‘Sharing Water: Multi-purpose reservoirs and innovations’. As an introduction to this symposium, this article aims to highlight the importance of sharing water, our most precious asset, at international, regional and national level.
