Small hydropower development in Southeast Asia

The demand for clean and renewable energy is continually growing, and there is significant potential for small hydropower in many southeast Asian countries. This paper shows how projects in Lao PDR, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia have been developed, making use of state-of-the-art technologies to modernize layouts and increase the efficiency of small hydropower plants.
