Poster Display
As an alternative to presenting a technical paper you can participate in the conference with a poster display.
The display boards will be situated near the conference rooms and will provide an additional opportunity for participants to present their company, technical work and expertise to the international gathering.
The price for poster displays will be: €250, in addition to the normal conference registration fee.
Full time students are eligible for a reduced fee of €150, in addition to the conference registration fee.

Final poster submissions are required by 30 September 2026.
Display board specifications are: 100 cm x 200 cm. The recommended poster size is: 70 cm x 100 cm. The set-up day is 13 October 2026; and take-down is 16 October 2026. Please note that printing services are not included, and presenters are responsible for bringing their own posters to the event venue.
