The Sewa III plant on the river Ravi, downstream of the NHPC-owned 120 MW Sewa II plant, was commissioned in 2002 but has been out of operation since a breach in its canal caused by floods in 2013.

The tender notice can be viewed at www.jkspdc.nic.in. Bidding documents can also be downloaded from the website. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 7 November.
