ENEE invites two tenders for the El Tablón multipurpose dam in Honduras

The National Energy Company (ENEE), Government of Honduras, through the Special Unit of Renewable Energy Projects (UEPER), has issued an International Procurement Notice for the detailed design and construction, and complementary works, for the multipurpose El Tablón dam in Honduras.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and received no later than 26 June 2025 by 10:00 (Honduras time). All bids must be accompanied by the ‘Bid Maintenance Guarantee’ of US$ 4,600,000.00, or the equivalent value in local currency.

ENEE is also seeking an eligible consulting firm to provide supervisory services for the El Tablón dam’s design and construction and complementary works. The proposals must be received no later than 27 May 2025 by 10:00 (Honduras time).

Thailand’s EGAT seeks contractor for 205 MWp FPV hybrid project

The Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), the country’s state-owned vertically-integrated power utility, invites sealed bids by 14 July for the engineering, procurement and construction of a 205 MWp/158 MWac floating solar PV (FPV) array on the reservoir impounded by the Bhumibol hydropower dam in the northwestern province of Tak.
