Under the Hydro Power Plants Emergency Restoration Project, co-financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and the European Investment Bank (EIB), bids are invited for the design, manufacture, factory testing, transportation, on-site testing, supervision and commissioning of one new 2 x250/100+10+10 gantry crane for Kremenchuk hydropower plant, supply of new runway rails and new power supply system (Lot 1: UHE/HMEC1/T/11-24) and the design, manufacture, factory testing, transportation, on-site testing, supervision and commissioning of two new 2×100+25 gantry cranes for Dnipro hydropower plant, supply of new runway rails, runway beams and new power supply system (Lot 2: UHE/HMEC2/T/11-24).
Contracts will be subject to the EBRD’s Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents. A full description of the procurement exercise is available within the documentation and is available free of charge in ECEPP.
The documentation will include detailed technical and financial requirements; any information on lots; the expected outcome; eligibility and qualification requirements; contract start date; planned contract duration; any response requirements; and all other relevant information. This procurement exercise will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP).
