This paper concentrates on the RCC dam and gives some background to the project, along with some of the particulars faced during the design of the dam. The RCC mix design and RCC materials with a focus on flyash properties and production are described. The progress to date is briefly shown and finally first in-situ results from drilled cores are presented.
