Total dissolved gas assessment at the Ruskin dam

As part of on-going seismic upgrades, the Ruskin spillway will be converted from a seven-bay spillway to a five-bay configuration. Studies were conducted to evaluate the performance of the re-configured spillway, including an assessment of the total gas pressures (TGP) downstream of the spillway and examination of operational and structural changes that could be implemented to reduce TGP.
