Fiji tenders contract to build mini hydropower facility

Interested bidders must obtain bid documents and register their interest through the Tenderlink portal at http://www.tenderlink.com/financefiji/. Bid documents can be downloaded via Tenderlink at no cost. All documents are in English. Registrations must be made under the name of the entity submitting the tender or proposal. Bidders should follow the procedures outlined on the Tenderlink website. Only eligible bidders with the qualifications defined in the bidding document may participate in this bidding. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 23 September at 2:00 PM Fiji Time at the Department of Energy, 87 Ratu Mara Rd., Level 1, Nasilivata, Samabula, Suva, Fiji Islands. Bidders may also attend the meeting online.

Any clarifications on the bid document can be obtained at least 15 days prior to the deadline for submission. Request for clarifications and any correspondence in this regard, has to be sent and obtained through www.tenderlink.com/financefiji/

Bids should be submitted electronically via Tenderlink at http://www.tenderlink.com/financefiji/ on or before the deadline of 20 October together with bid security as described in the bidding document.
