Project management services sought for Réunion plant renovation

The scope of services, with an estimated value (excluding VAT) of €360 000, includes: (i) Land permitting; (ii) Environmental permitting; (iii) Environmental monitoring (specifically environment and aquatic biodiversity: general environmentalists for CAP or dredging applications, permitting specialists, aquatic environment specialists capable of on-site intervention); (iv) Project implementation and management; (v) Development of financing plans; (vi) Design and monitoring of the construction works; (vii) Award, implementation, and monitoring (technical and budgetary) of public contracts, and (viii) Contract negotiation for the sale of water and electricity. The contract is for a duration of 78 months.
